This group is for teachers who are interested in learning to use mentoring language to give the best feedback to new teachers. We focus on how to Identify and mentor for evidence of targeted aspects of grade-level content standards in instruction and learning, including using protocols, tools, and mentoring language that support an effective classroom observation cycle. For example, do you use active listening and apply strategies for providing actionable feedback? Do you self-assess your mentoring practice?
