Grades K-2, Grades 3-5

In this series of videos, I invite participants to do a series of activities that require them to think deeply about science processes and the importance of being a clear communicator.

Part One: Introduction

In part one of the workshop, we begin with a simple observation and prediction activity.

Part Two: Grouping Observations

In part two of the workshop, I invite participants to classify their observations by putting them into groups. Then we compared the different approaches to categorization.

Part Three: Clear Communications

In part three of the workshop, participants do an activity that tests their ability to be clear communicators.
